Nanango RSL Sub-Branch has received a grant to restore the plaques on the Nanango War Memorial<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Nanango RSL Sub-Branch has received a Federal Government grant as part of the $2 million “Saluting Their Service” commemorative program.<\/p>\n

The Sub-Branch has been allocated $10,000 to restore the plaques on the Nanango War Memorial.<\/p>\n

More than 150 projects across Australia received grants in the latest round of the grants program.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Saluting Their Service program provides funding not only for war memorials, but for a range of projects that highlight the important role our servicemen and women have played in over a century of service,\u201d Veteran Affairs Minister Matt Keogh said.<\/p>\n
