April 20, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hey kids! It’s time again to enter the annual Farm Safety calendar competition hosted by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.<\/p>\n

Twelve winners will be published in the 2024 calendar, which will be distributed free to rural communities.<\/p>\n

Students from Prep to Year 6 are encouraged to enter.<\/p>\n

Each winner will receive a $250 gift card for themselves and $500 for their school.<\/p>\n

South Burnett primary schools have featured strongly in previous years, collecting many prizes.<\/p>\n

Entries close on Friday, June 23.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The annual competition has been running since 2015.<\/p>\n

Last year, demand for the free farm safety calendar was overwhelming, with more than 30,000 copies printed and distributed.<\/p>\n

Entries for the 2024 calendar should illustrate one of the following farm safety messages:<\/p>\n
