Murgon opener Jonathon Kapernick singlehandedly demolished Kingaroy Services Orange last Saturday in their clash at Taabinga State School.<\/p>\n

Kapernick fell five runs short of his century off just 35 balls, hitting nine 4s and seven 6s along the way.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy won the toss and batted first.<\/p>\n

At the end of their 40 overs, they were 8\/153 with Joshua Unverzagt top-scoring with 44 runs.<\/p>\n

Ken Bedow was 32 not out.<\/p>\n

Jayden Heness (2\/27 off eight overs) and Will Webber (2\/28 off five) had the best bowling figures for Murgon.<\/p>\n

Murgon overcame the target in the 16th over with the help of Jonathon Kapernick, but lost six wickets cheaply along the way.<\/p>\n

Dylan Kapernick was 21 not out at stumps.<\/p>\n

Joshua Unverzagt (2\/16 off three) and Ryan Jacobs (2\/75 off off eight) were the pick of the Kingaroy bowlers.<\/p>\n

Murgon won by four wickets.<\/p>\n
