November 21, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

Police are investigating the arson of two stolen vehicles torched in Cherbourg at the weekend.<\/p>\n

Two fire crews and police were called to reports of a vehicle on fire in Hillview Street about 12:45am on Saturday. <\/p>\n

The vehicle was well alight when firefighters arrived. <\/p>\n

A police spokesperson said the Holden Astra had been stolen from an address on Waterford Road, Ellen Grove, on November 18.<\/p>\n

The second incident occurred about 11:15pm on Sunday in Collins Road.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Again, two fire crews and police attended.<\/p>\n

The Toyota Yaris had been stolen from an address in Jefferies Street, Murgon, earlier the same day. <\/p>\n

It was also well-involved in flames when firefighters arrived.<\/p>\n
