Murgon continued their unbeaten run in the 40-over South Burnett Senior cricket competition at Lyle Vidler Oval in Kingaroy last Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The visitors downed Wooroolin Warriors by 18 runs.<\/p>\n<p>Murgon won the toss and batted first, and were all out for 151 in the 34th over.<\/p>\n<p>Opener Joe Meikle (42) led the way with the bat.<\/p>\n<p>Adam Kratzmann scored a quick-fire 33 to add to the total.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson Kerkow (3\/20 off four overs) and Paul Clegg (2\/17 off four) were Warrior&#8217;s best bowlers.<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Warriors were 133 all out in the 38th over.<\/p>\n<p>James Whiteman (49) and Paul Clegg (28) were Warrior&#8217;s best batters.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew Roderick (3\/20 off five) and Renee Irvine (2\/20 off eight) were Murgon&#8217;s best Downie Sports Fields,\u00a0 Nanango.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kingaroy won the toss and elected to bat but were all out in the 31st over.<\/p>\n<p>Justin Labinsky (29) and\u00a0Ryan Jacobs (47) were the top scorers.<\/p>\n<p>Jay Steinhardt (5\/3 off 5.5 overs including two maidens) and Michael English (2\/12 off four) were deadly for Nanango.<\/p>\n<p>Nanango overcame the target in just 17 overs.<\/p>\n<p>Joe Steinhardt (44 n\/o) and\u00a0Ben Greenslade (43) top-scored.<\/p>\n<p>Sam Wilson (2\/21 off four) and Sam Scott (1\/23 off three) were Kingaroy&#8217;s best bowlers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tingoora Vikings (7\/153) defeated Wondai (145 all out) by eight runs in a keenly contested game at Wondai Cricket Ground.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vikings won the toss and batted first.<\/p>\n<p>Tavis Hartwig (45 n\/o) and Keegan Wright (27) top scored.<\/p>\n<p>Lyndon Hopkins (3\/19 off six) and Torren Anderton (2\/23 off eight) were best with the ball.<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Lyndon Hopkins hit 75 runs, including eight boundaries, off 63 balls for Wondai and Chatur Zala added 24, but it wasn&#8217;t enough.<\/p>\n<p>Keegan Wright (3\/21 off eight) and\u00a0Jason Reilly (2\/15 off eight) were Tingoora&#8217;s best bowlers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nanango Purple (7\/168) defeated Kingaroy Services Blue (166 all out) by three wickets at Taabinga State School.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kingaroy won the toss and batted first.<\/p>\n<p>Trevor Black (89 n\/o) and\u00a0Glenn Kelly (27) were Kingaroy&#8217;s top scorers.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Morrow (3\/21 off eight) and\u00a0Abby Burrows (2\/34 off eight) were Nanango&#8217;s best bowlers.<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Nanango chased down the target in the 35th over.<\/p>\n<p>Lochlan Burrows (63 off 64 #006699;\"><strong>Goodchild Shield<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>South Burnett (177 all out) defeated Gympie (158 all out) by 19 runs in the 50-over Goodchild Shield game played at Lyle Vidler Oval on Sunday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The win should secure South Burnett a place in the Shield final to be played next year.<\/p>\n<p>South Burnett&#8217;s next game will be played against Bundaberg in Bundaberg on January 22, which will determine which team hosts the final.<\/p>\n<p>South Burnett won the toss on Sunday and batted first.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley Sippel top scored with 35 runs, followed by\u00a0Brenton Polzin (32) and Michael Wostear (22).<\/p>\n<p>South Burnett then bowled out Gympie in the 35th over.<\/p>\n<p>Kieran Askin (3\/11 off three overs),\u00a0Tyler Heness (2\/18 off four)
