October 14, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

A man aged in his 60s was airlifted to Royal Brisbane Hospital in a serious condition with chest injuries after a truck crash on the D’Aguilar Highway at lunchtime on Friday.<\/p>\n

Emergency services were called to the incident at South Nanango at 11:44am.<\/p>\n

An RACQ LifeFlight spokesperson said the man was believed to be the driver of a 4WD involved in the collision.<\/p>\n

He was trapped inside his vehicle and had to be cut free by QFES rescue crews.<\/p>\n

A second person, believed to be an elderly woman from the same vehicle, was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.<\/p>\n

The RACQ LifeFlight rescue helicopter managed to land on the highway near the incident.<\/p>\n
