Kingaroy State School’s students started busily drawing, printing, writing, crafting, designing and sewing when they came back from their winter vacation, creating entries for this year\u2019s Education On Show competition.<\/p>\n

Education On Show is devoted to showcasing work by Queensland students from Prep to Year 10 as part of the Brisbane Ekka.<\/p>\n

The competition covers a wide variety of contemporary, curriculum-related skills and activities and is open to all students to enter.<\/p>\n

This year, Education On Show’s theme was “Let It Grow”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Its central message was that without growth, there would be no change. What might be a small idea or plan of action today could have a huge impact on the future.<\/p>\n

Winning works in this year’s competition were put on display at the Ekka, which drew an estimated 400,000 visitors this year.<\/p>\n

The students were delighted at the opportunity to showcase their work to such a large audience.<\/p>\n
