Excitement is building at the Nanango Theatre Company ahead of this week’s debut of their latest production, “Phantom Of The Music Hall”.<\/p>\n

Full dress rehearsals have been held over the past few days to make sure everything is in tip-top shape for opening night on Friday.<\/p>\n

“Phantom of the Music Hall” was written by Bundaberg playwright Judith Prior.<\/p>\n

It’s the tale of a phantom who doesn\u2019t like pantomime … so the cast is trying hard to convince the ghost the play they are rehearsing is actually a melodrama.<\/p>\n

This leads to some hilarious situations and a chance to meet Queen Victoria.<\/p>\n

Evening shows (7:00pm) will be held on July 22-23 and 29-30. Matinee shows (1:00pm) will be held on July 24 and 30. Tickets (which range in price from $15 to $25) can be booked online on Trybooking<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

But if you want to enjoy something a little bit different, “Phantom Of The Music Hall” will also be presented as a theatre restaurant at Wondai Diggers Club (7:00pm on August 5) and Proston Town Hall (7:00pm on August 6).<\/p>\n

Cost for the theatre restaurant production is $50 per head but includes a two-course meal. Tickets for these shows can also be booked online:\u00a0 Wondai<\/a><\/strong> and Proston<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
