Agriculture Minister and Member for Maranoa David Littleproud<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The Nanango RSL Sub-Branch has received $42,750 in Federal Government grants: $32,750 from the Veteran and Community Grants scheme and $10,000 from the Saluting Their Service program.<\/p>\n

Member for Maranoa David Littleproud said both grants were an important part of the Federal Government\u2019s commitment to honouring wartime heritage.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Veteran Community Grants program grant will help deliver practical activities and services to support the health and wellbeing of veterans and their families in the Nanango area,\u201d Mr Littleproud said.<\/p>\n

The Saluting Their Service grant will be used to install cabinets to display military memorabilia.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis commemorative display project will continue the tradition of remembrance, and I look forward to seeing the finished work,\u201d Mr Littleproud said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
