A truck driver will appear in court charged with drug offences after his rig was pulled over by police in Kingaroy last week.<\/p>\n

Police intercepted the Freightliner heavy vehicle in Kingaroy Street about 8:15am on March 18.<\/p>\n

The driver, a 31-year-old man from\u00a0Sadliers Crossing in Ipswich, allegedly returned a positive result to a roadside drug test.<\/p>\n

Police also allegedly located drug utensils in his possession.<\/p>\n

The man will appear in Kingaroy\u00a0Magistrates Court on April 14.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • A 39-year-old Wondai man\u00a0will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 26 charged with drug-driving after police pulled over a Ford sedan about 11:50am on Saturday on Rogers Drive, Kingaroy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • A 26-year-old Kingaroy woman\u00a0will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 14\u00a0charged with drug-driving after police stopped a\u00a0\u00a0Hyundai hatch on Youngman Street, Kingaroy, about 1:05pm on Saturday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Also on Saturday,\u00a0 police intercepted a 74-year-old Nanango man driving a Ford ute on Taylors Road near Kingaroy about 11:10am. He will appear in Nanango Magistrates Court in April charged with driving while disqualified.\u00a0The vehicle was also immobilised for 90 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • On Friday, police attended a two-vehicle crash at 8:55am at the intersection of Carinya and Jarrah streets, Kingaroy.\u00a0 Neither driver was injured but one was issued with an infringement notice for failing to give way ($413 fine and three points).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Police are investigating the break-and-enter of a Booie Road property at some time between March 6-12. The thieves entered a house and sheds by forcing doors, stealing power tools and personal property.\u00a0Investigations are continuing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • A 19-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on April 14 charged with drug possession after police allegedly located a small amount of cannabis in his possession at midnight on Sunday in Youngman Street, Kingaroy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • A 44-year-old Kingaroy man\u00a0will appear in Nanango Magistrates Court June 6 charged with possessing drugs and drug utensils after police stopped a Holden sedan in Walter Road, Kingaroy, qt 12:30pm on Sunday. A search allegedly located\u00a0a small amount of cannabis and drug utensils.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • A 52-year-old Kingaroy woman has been\u00a0charged with possessing drugs and drug utensils after police searched a home in First Avenue, Kingaroy, at 1:30pm on Sunday.
