Three fire crews were called to Bega Cheese’s peanut processing complex in Kingaroy about 3:30pm on Tuesday after reports of a possible fire.<\/p>\n

Firefighters inspected an area at the rear of the silos building.<\/p>\n

A QFES spokesperson said there was a burning smell but no obvious signs of flames or fire.<\/p>\n

Firefighters were still on scene at 5:00pm, double-checking to ensure there were no problems.<\/p>\n
