South Burnett Regional Council will give $67,000 to 36 community groups in the latest round of its twice-yearly Community Grants Program.<\/p>\n

Communities portfolio chair Cr Danita Potter announced the successful grant applicants at Wednesday’s standing committee meeting.<\/p>\n

The Council will contribute funding towards several Australia Day, Anzac Day and Christmas Carnival functions organised by not-for-profit groups.<\/p>\n

It will also contribute towards the upkeep, maintenance or expansion of a number of community-owned facilities, including insurance for four community halls.<\/p>\n

The successful applicants are:<\/p>\n
