Burnett&#8217;s strong cattle market continued its record run at Tuesday&#8217;s fortnightly combined agents sale in Murgon.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 700 head were yarded, and all descriptions sold to fully firm rates.<\/p>\n<p>Cattle were consigned from Biloela, Mundubbera, Gayndah, Mt Perry, the Brisbane Valley, Kingaroy, Kilkivan and the Murgon district.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sale results:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heavy bulls sold to $6.50\/kg and $5600<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bullocks topped at $3.70\/kg for $2800<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Heavy cows over 500kg sold to $3.56\/kg and $2450<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cows 400-500kg sold to $3.69\/kg, averaging $3.30\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cows under 400kg topped at $2.98\/kg for an average of $2.60\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Export heifers sold to $3.83\/kg and $2110<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Two pens of Santa steers from Nanango sold for $5.61\/kg to return $2252 and $2128 at 401kg and 379kg respectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A third pen in the line of 60 sold for $5.53\/kg for $2174<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Local 336kg Red Angus steers sold for $5.75\/kg and $1934<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Charolais cross steers from Wooroonden sold for $1911 at $5.00\/kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>328kg Angus cross steers from Tansey sold for $1835 at
