Anitta Stallwood’s brave bid to raise awareness about spina bifida and hydrocephaly attracted about 125 walkers, runners – and a few dogs – to the South Burnett Rail Trail on Sunday morning.<\/p>\n

Walkers were encouraged to wear onesies and \/ or beanies, but southburnett.com.au<\/strong> spotted a few outfits that were most likely PJs!<\/p>\n

There were also walkers in high-vis, families pushing strollers, a couple of wheelchairs and a bunch of students from Kingaroy State High School.<\/p>\n

There was fresh coffee to enjoy and face-painting while Kingaroy Rotary members were kept busy cooking up breakfast.<\/p>\n

After a warm-up session led by Anitta, the walkers took off from the Youngman Street, Kingaroy, entrance towards the Meiers Road intersection.<\/p>\n

The inaugural\u00a0\u00a0\u201cSBH Qld Wheel & Walk In The Roy\u201d was a fundraiser for\u00a0Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Qld.<\/p>\n

As promised, Anitta did break out her onesie, a surprise for the walkers when they came back to Kingaroy!<\/p>\n
