South Burnett community groups will receive almost $393,000 under the latest round of the State Government’s Gambling Community Benefit Fund scheme.<\/p>\n

The South Burnett Western Performance Club received one of the largest grants, $35,000, to upgrade the Nanango Equestrian Centre on Racecourse Road.<\/p>\n

The club proposes to cover the arena at the grounds to provide an all-weather facility for riders.<\/p>\n

The Kingaroy State High School P&C will also receive $35,000 to install a new projector system at the school.<\/p>\n

Fifteen groups received a total of $392,531.73.<\/p>\n
