May 26, 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n A Pursers Coaches driver has been airlifted to hospital in a serious condition after a school bus crashed near Goomeri on Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n There were no children on board at the time. <\/p>\n The 22-seat bus is believed to have run off the road and hit a tree on Goomeribong Road.<\/p>\n Emergency services were called to the incident at 7:38am.<\/p>\n The driver was initially trapped inside the vehicle and had to be freed by rescuers.<\/p>\n The Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter airlifted the man to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with chest and leg injuries.<\/p>\n [UPDATED]<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" A Pursers Coaches driver has been airlifted to hospital in a serious condition after a school bus crashed near Goomeri on Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":20,"featured_media":296363,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[3,24],"tags":[25,100,1132],"yoast_head":"\n
