Detectives are appealing for public assistance about a suspicious house fire that occurred at Pie Creek, east of Widgee, early on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Around 1:45am on Sunday, emergency services were called to a Herron Road address following reports a house was on fire.<\/p>\n

Following initial investigations, the fire was deemed suspicious and a number of items were reported as stolen from the property.<\/p>\n

Detectives are urging anyone who may have witnessed or captured dash cam footage of any suspicious behaviour from the area to come forward.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
