Web designer Judy Schulz has vowed to continue her public dispute with South Burnett councillor Scott Henschen despite having three applications to Kingaroy Magistrates Court dismissed on Friday.<\/p>\n

In a public statement sent to multiple media outlets, Ms Schulz described the $1500 in costs ordered against her by Magistrate Andrew Sinclair as “monopoly money”.<\/p>\n

The former campaign manager for Cr Henschen said the dismissal of her court applications “merely means I erred in preparing the application which in hindsight I should have had my lawyer prepare from day one”.<\/p>\n

“Today is not the end, it\u2019s just the beginning and I will not be silenced,” Ms Schulz wrote.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The public statement repeated allegations Ms Schulz has made over past months on social media but which have not been aired in open court.<\/p>\n

southburnett.com.au<\/strong> understands that at least some of these claims have already been the subject of complaints to the Office of the Independent Assessor – the body which assesses complaints lodged by the public against councillors – and have been dismissed.<\/p>\n

One complaint, easily identified in Council’s complaints register from Ms Schulz’s prior statements on social media, was “dismissed … as the complaint is vexatious”.<\/p>\n

On March 22, former Greens candidate Grant Newson launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds to pay for Ms Schulz’s legal costs.<\/p>\n

By noon on April 12 it had raised $40.<\/p>\n
