Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 66-year-old Esk man reported missing on Sunday morning.<\/p>\n

Nigel Sirl was last seen at 9:00pm on Saturday at a Cedar Avenue address.<\/p>\n

Police believe Nigel left the address in the early hours of Sunday\u00a0morning; however, he has not been seen or heard from since.<\/p>\n

A search is currently under way in nearby bushland and properties, as this behaviour is out of character for Nigel.<\/p>\n

Police are appealing for anyone in the Esk community to check their properties, including their sheds.<\/p>\n

Nigel is described as Caucasian, about 175cm tall with light brown hair and grey eyes. He was last seen wearing navy shorts and black shoes.<\/p>\n
