Applications for the latest round of the Heritage Nanango Community Funding Scheme close next Friday.<\/p>\n

Community groups and events in the Nanango area have been invited to apply for support.<\/p>\n

Application packages can be obtained in person from the Heritage Community Branch in Drayton Street, Nanango, and completed forms must be lodged in the \u201cSponsorship Applications\u201d box inside the branch before 4:00pm on March 19.<\/p>\n

All funding for the community grants comes from the profits generated by Heritage Nanango Community Branch, so the board looks to sponsor groups from communities whose population supports Heritage Bank Nanango.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since the branch opened in 2002, Heritage Nanango Community Branch has invested more than $4.5 million back into the Nanango community in grants.<\/p>\n

These have been distributed to community groups, assisting them with everything from obtaining vital infrastructure such as lawn mowers and sound systems through to event co-funding.
