Drivers can expect delays again on the Blackbutt Range after Easter to allow more slope stabilisation work to occur.<\/p>\n

The Department of Transport and Main Roads said today that from Tuesday, April 2, there would be single lane closures occurring along a 1.6km section of the D’Aguilar Highway.<\/p>\n

These lane closures would give work crews better access to the sites where slope stabilisation works are ongoing.<\/p>\n

Lane closures would occur between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.<\/p>\n

“There will be traffic signals, traffic controllers and a patrol vehicle on site. Short delays can be expected. Wide loads cannot access the Blackbutt Range during work hours.” a department spokesman said.<\/p>\n

“These arrangements will continue until the completion of the project in approximately two months, weather permitting.<\/p>\n
