Member for Nanango Deb Frecklington was appointed\u00a0Shadow Minister for Water and the Construction\u00a0of Dams by Opposition\u00a0Leader David Crisafulli on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The former Opposition Leader will also serve as Shadow Minister for Regional Development and Manufacturing.<\/p>\n

Mr Crisafulli created several new portfolios in his team (see below).<\/p>\n

\u201cThe new Shadow Cabinet team is hungry to win, determined to hold Labor to account, and ready to set ourselves on a path to improve life for Queensland families in 2024,\u201d Mr Crisafulli said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a strong mix of fresh faces and experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe next election will be fought on the economy, which is why I have separated the economic arms to create both Treasury and Finance portfolios.<\/p>\n

\u201cA Government Integrity portfolio will also be introduced charged with holding the current government to account.”<\/p>\n
