RSPCA’s annual Cupcake Day – or should that be Pupcake Day? – was held on Monday across Australia.<\/p>\n

Kingaroy businesswoman and pastry chef Kate Rider didn’t “paws” before jumping on board to help out the Kingaroy RSPCA with their important fundraising day.<\/p>\n

Kate operates Cake’A’Licious in Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy.<\/p>\n

She baked up a special selection of custom “dog biscuits” for customers to buy to help out the RSPCA.<\/p>\n

The RSPCA added in some “dog biscuits” of their own – this time for the furry family members to enjoy! – which were also on sale.<\/p>\n

Max, a Tibetan Spaniel from the Kingaroy Shelter, dropped in on Monday morning to thank Kate for her help with Cupcake Day.<\/p>\n

Two-year-old Max, accompanied by Nicci O’Brien and Amanda Johnson, cast an approving eye over the treats for sale.<\/p>\n

(He’s been getting the full RSPCA special treatment and will be available for adoption at the end of this week.)<\/p>\n

The “dog biscuits” will also be available at Cake’A’Licious all day Tuesday.<\/p>\n
