COVID-19 forced a macrame-themed Relay For Life fundraiser to be cancelled earlier this year, but the organisers haven’t given up!<\/p>\n

They will be trying again in November, and – hopefully – the pandemic won’t be getting in the way again.<\/p>\n

The macrame afternoon,\u00a0hosted by\u00a0Emily Fiedler, will be held on Sunday, November 8, from 4:00pm to 5:30pm at South Burnett Care in Avoca Street, Kingaroy.<\/p>\n

People taking part will not only have the opportunity to raise money for a good cause, they will also learn some new craft skills.<\/p>\n

Cost is $75 per ticket which includes all materials as well as light refreshments.<\/p>\n

Tickets have to be booked and paid for in advance. RSVP before October 29.<\/p>\n
