September 23, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

Emergency services were called to two potentially serious traffic crashes in the South Burnett region on Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n

At 6:40am, a Ford ute and a Hyundai hatchback collided at the intersection of Weeks Road and Kingaroy-Cooyar Road at Goodger.<\/p>\n

The ute was being driven by a 25-year-old Tarong man.<\/p>\n

Initial police inquiries suggest the ute was pulling out on to Kingaroy-Cooyar Road when it and the Hyundai collided.<\/p>\n

The Hyundai, being driven by a 19-year-old Gilla woman, then speared off the road and hit a tree.<\/p>\n

QAS paramedics treated the woman at the scene.<\/p>\n

The male driver was not injured.<\/p>\n

The second crash occurred on Tingoora-Chelmsford Road at Tingoora.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Emergency services were called at 7:41am.<\/p>\n

Paramedics assessed a 19-year-old Kingaroy woman at the scene after her Mazda sedan left the road and struck a tree. <\/p>\n
