A woman has died following a single-vehicle traffic crash in Nanango on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

A police spokesman said that shortly after 11:30am, the driver of a Mitsubishi Triton utility, travelling on Henry Street, lost control of the vehicle which then left the road and crashed.<\/p>\n

The vehicle was on its roof when emergency services arrived.<\/p>\n

The driver, a 72-year-old Glan Devon woman, was declared deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n

She was the only occupant of the vehicle however a\u00a0dog, which was also in the vehicle, survived.<\/p>\n

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.<\/p>\n

One person is believed to have died after a car rolled in Henry Street, Nanango, on Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash at 11:37am.<\/p>\n

A QAS spokesperson said paramedics treated one person at the scene for critical injuries.<\/p>\n

Traffic on the highway was blocked while police, ambulance and QFES attended the incident.<\/p>\n

At 1:30pm, traffic was flowing again but reduced to one lane.<\/p>\n

The crash occurred just down from the Nanango Police Station.<\/p>\n

No further information is available.<\/p>\n

This was the second serious crash in the South Burnett in less than 24 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Friday night, the Sunshine Coast RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter airlifted a teenager after he suffered multiple injuries after crashing his motorbike.<\/p>\n

He was flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.<\/p>\n
