September 15, 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

A woman was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after a single-vehicle crash at Ballogie on Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n

Emergency services were called to the incident, near the intersection of Curlew Road and T.H. Burns Road at 7:26am.<\/p>\n

Paramedics treated the woman at the scene for suspected head and spinal injuries.<\/p>\n

Drugs<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Four people have been charged with drug offences after recent actions by Murgon and Cherbourg police:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • About 8:30pm on September 8,\u00a0police located a woman walking along Gore Street, Murgon. A subsequent search allegedly located drugs. A 36-year-old Murgon woman will appear in\u00a0 Murgon Magistrates Court on October 6 charged with possession.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • About 3:00pm on September 9,\u00a0police searched a home in Black Street, Murgon, where they allegedly located drugs and items used in connection with drugs. A 45-year-old Murgon man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on October 6 charged with possessing drugs and possess drug utensils. A 18-year-old Murgon man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on September 16\u00a0charged with possessing drugs and possess drug utensils.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Just after noon on September 11,\u00a0police searched a home in Jerome Street, Cherbourg, where they allegedly located items used in connection with drugs. A 26-year-old Cherbourg man will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court on October 10 charged with possessing drug utensils.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • \u00a0A 60-year-old Moffatdale man will appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on October 6, charged with unlicensed driving after police stopped a vehicle on Barambah Road at Moffatdale about 7:00pm on September 11.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • A 37-year-old Cherbourg man will appear in Cherbourg Magistrates Court October 21 charged with drink-driving after police stopped a vehicle in Fisher Street, Cherbourg, about 12:45am on September 13.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Murgon, Cherbourg and Wondai police responded to a variety of incidents between September 6-13 including drug, traffic and property offences. They also attended 18 calls related to domestic violence, issued 13 infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences and performed 28 roadside breath tests.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
