Murgon detectives have charged an 11-year-old boy after he allegedly produced a knife during an argument in Murgon on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Police said a group of youths were participating in an excursion when an argument occurred.<\/p>\n

A short while later, about 4:30pm, the youths crossed paths and continued to argue in Lamb Street, Murgon.<\/p>\n

Police allege a 12-year-old boy presented a wooden paling and threatened the 11-year-old boy who then produced a knife and threatened the 12-year-old boy.<\/p>\n

Witnesses intervened and police arrived shortly afterwards.<\/p>\n

Police arrested the 11-year-old Murgon boy and transported him to Murgon Watchhouse where he was charged with going armed to cause fear.<\/p>\n

He will appear in the Children\u2019s Court.<\/p>\n

Fire crews were called to Memerambi-Barkers Creek Road at Wattle Camp about 7:15am on Friday after reports a vehicle was on fire.<\/strong><\/p>\n
