Toowoomba Regional Council’s popular Summer Tunes live music program is coming to Yarraman for the first time!<\/p>\n

The free\u00a0event will be held in Errol Munt Park from 10:00am to 1:00pm on March 14.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Summer Tunes program is a great way to relax with friends and family, so grab a picnic blanket, some snacks, a hat and settle in for some downtime,\u201d Cr Geoff McDonald said.<\/p>\n

The Yarraman concert is one of a string the TRC is organising across the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cConcerts feature local musicians from a variety of music genres and can be enjoyed on weekends throughout February and March,” Cr McDonald said.<\/p>\n

\u201cSummer Tunes are as much a part of summer as cicadas, sizzling barbecues, backyard cricket and the buzz of lawnmowers.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe extended eight-week season of Summer Tunes will see performers across pop, rock, Celtic, country, jazz, and big band genres.<\/p>\n

\u201cRegional audiences in Oakey, Crows Nest, Cecil Plains, Pittsworth, Goombungee and Cambooya plus, for the first time, Yarraman and Wyreema will be treated to musical afternoons from the beginning of March.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
