Production car action from last year’s opening night of speedway racing<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

October 17, 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Kingaroy Speedway’s 2019-20 racing season will roar into life on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

More than 110 competitors have nominated, including 21 Street Stocks which will be contesting Round 1 of the Edge Automotive & Performance Street Stock Series.<\/p>\n

Other categories to be raced at the showgrounds track include Production Sedans, Modifieds, Junior Sedans (New Stars and Top Stars) and Wingless Sprints.<\/p>\n

A field of 28 will be competing in Round 3 of the\u00a0Campbell\u2019s Truck & Bobcat Modlites Qld Series.<\/p>\n

South Burnett Speedway Club volunteers have been working hard in the off-season to have the track in tip-top shape for the season opener.<\/p>\n

Gates open at 2:00pm and racing will get under way at 4:00pm.<\/p>\n

Entry is $25 for adults and $15 for pensioners and students (with school ID). Children 12 and under are free.<\/p>\n

Family passes (two adults and three students) are $65.<\/p>\n
