Woolworths has joined several leading charities to launch the STAND (Support Through Australian Natural Disasters) Drought Action Appeal.<\/p>\n

Fundraising will begin this weekend in Woolworths supermarkets nationwide with customers invited to buy a limited edition $2 sunflower seed kit.<\/p>\n

All funds raised will go directly to the STAND Drought Action Appeal and Woolworths will match every dollar raised.<\/p>\n

There will be a limit of three sunflower seed kits per customer.<\/p>\n

The Salvation Army, Rural Aid, Foodbank and Lifeline will benefit from the Appeal.<\/p>\n

Customers who don\u2019t wish to purchase a sunflower seed kit can still contribute to the appeal by making a donation at the register.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
