The kitchen which will be auctioned on CROW-FM<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A Nanango business has donated a complete kitchen to help raise money for the Mayor\u2019s Red Earth South Burnett Flood Appeal.<\/p>\n

PRIORity Joinery has donated a kitchen valued at more than $2000 for the “radiothon” which is being held by CROW-FM on Sunday, March 3.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very thankful to PRIORity Joinery for kicking off the donations to the radiothon by donating this kitchen,\u201d Mayor Wayne Kratzmann said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will be auctioning other items donated in our radiothon. I would encourage any business who can afford to make a donation to please dig deep during these tough times.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe item can be big or small, every donation helps us raise more funds for the people affected in the South Burnett.\u201d<\/p>\n

PRIORity Joinery managing director\u00a0Geoff Prior said that as soon as he heard about the appeal, he thought about donating the kitchen.<\/p>\n

“We were going to sell it but this way it will go to a better cause,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy wife Jill and I were lucky to not have been affected by the floods but we want to help those who have. We have seen the devastation done to our farmers and understand the flow-on effects to our community.<\/p>\n

The donated kitchen has a navy blue top and high top servery with beige wooden cabinetry. It includes all cabinetry, overheads, pantry, dishwasher, oven cooktop and range hood.<\/p>\n
