A special afternoon tea will be hosted by the Nanango Sub-Branch at the Nanango RSL
Memorial Club on Sunday<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Nanango RSL Sub-Branch will be hosting a special afternoon tea on Sunday (August 4) for servicemen and women and their partners.<\/p>\n

The get-together will be held from 2:00pm at the Nanango RSL Club.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve been looking forward to this moment for a long time,” Sub-Branch president Robert Stevens said.<\/p>\n

“A lot of our volunteer committee\u2019s time has recently been spent preserving our history and infrastructure.<\/p>\n

“We are pleased, that in the second half of the year we will be spending on bringing our members together, starting with an afternoon tea for serving and ex-servicemen and women.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Sub-Branch has been looking for ways for us all to get together, with no expectations, except to be alongside like-minded men and women.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Sub-Branch is a charity that supports serving or former Australian Defence Force personnel and their dependents.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur Sub-Branch and the Citizen\u2019s Auxiliary work tirelessly to raise funds to support our charity and hold activities like these,” Mr Stevens said.<\/p>\n

“We are looking forward to this being an event that we regularly hold.\u201d<\/p>\n

RSVPs aren\u2019t necessary but appreciated for catering purposes by August 3 to robert.stevens@rslqld.org<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
