Fundraising for the Mayor’s Red Earth South Burnett Flood Appeal \u00a0is starting to ramp up with a breakfast fundraiser, live broadcasts and a “radiothon” planned.<\/p>\n

Former Test cricketer – and current Queensland Bulls coach – Darren Lehmann will be the guest speaker at a Mayoral Breakfast to be held from 6:45am on March 1 at the Town Common Hall in Oliver Bond Street, Kingaroy.<\/p>\n

Tickets are $35. To book, phone (07) 4189-9155.<\/p>\n

CROW-FM will be holding a “radiothon” (like a telethon, but without pictures!) from 8:00am on Sunday, March 3.<\/p>\n

Listeners will be able pledge their support. Businesses who would like to donate items should also contact (07) 4189-9155.<\/p>\n

There’ll also be a series of live outside broadcasts by CROW-FM to coincide with Flood Recovery Information sessions being held throughout the region:<\/p>\n
