UPDATE:\u00a0 Dodds was located by police at a house in Gooburrum at 3:00pm on June 19.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Police are seeking the public’s help to locate a 39-year-old man who escaped from police custody on Friday.<\/p>\n

Viva Dodd\u00a0escaped while being transported to Bundaberg Hospital for treatment to a hand injury.<\/p>\n

Acting Inspector Michael McGarry told the media on Monday the wanted man could be heading to Murgon or Gympie.<\/p>\n

Dodd was in custody due to allegations of violent behaviour, however there are no ongoing concerns in relation to the safety of the public.<\/p>\n

Anyone who has any information in relation to his current whereabouts is urged to contact police.<\/p>\n

Anyone who sights him is asked to immediately call Triple Zero (000) and not to approach him.<\/p>\n

He is described as 170cm tall with a solid build, brown hair with two rat tails, and brown eyes.<\/p>\n
