After so many fatal crashes in the South Burnett region this year, it’s definitely time we all took the pledge again for road safety …<\/p>\n

Police from Kingaroy Station are inviting the public to visit a Fatality Free Friday awareness stall which will be set up in Kingaroy Shoppingworld next Monday (May 27) from 9:00am to 11:00am.<\/p>\n

“Come along and pledge to make our roads a safer place by signing the Fatality Free Friday vehicle,” Kingaroy officer-in-charge Senior Sergeant Dave Tierney said.<\/p>\n

“If you are unable to attend, you can are make your pledge on the Fatality Free Friday website<\/strong>.<\/a>”<\/p>\n

According to Queensland police, there have been 76 fatal crashes on the State’s roads so far this year.<\/p>\n
