Disability advocate Rhonda Trivett<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

South Burnett disability advocate Rhonda Trivett has plans to set up wheelchair basketball and wheelchair table tennis teams in the South Burnett.<\/p>\n

“The PCYC at Murgon has told us we can have a team,” Rhonda said.<\/p>\n

“Anyone with a disability will be able to take part, even if they’re not in a wheelchair.<\/p>\n

“We’ll teach them how to play in a wheelchair.”<\/p>\n

She said the teams would be made up of players from age 8 and upwards and training would begin when she had enough people interested.<\/p>\n

Anyone who is interested should contact Rhonda on (07) 4162-1110 or 0447-815-095.<\/p>\n

Rhonda has become a big fan of wheelchair basketball in recent times.<\/p>\n
