The Toyota Kluger was badly damaged when it hit trees on the side of the Bunya Highway<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A woman was transported to Kingaroy Hospital with suspected chest injuries after a collision involving three vehicles and a box trailer on the Bunya Highway on Thursday morning.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred about 7:15am, just south of Wondai.<\/p>\n

Police investigations into what caused the crash are continuing.<\/p>\n

The three vehicles – a Hyundai, a Toyota Kluger and a Ford Courier – ended up spread some distance apart on the highway.<\/p>\n

The Kluger ran off the road and was badly damaged when it hit trees.<\/p>\n

The box trailer was also destroyed.<\/p>\n

The drivers were a 67-year-old woman, a 27-year-old woman and a 45-year-old woman.<\/p>\n

A QAS spokesperson said the other patients assessed at the scene declined transport to hospital.<\/p>\n
