A 32-year-old Labrador man facing 21 charges was remanded in custody when he appeared in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Monday morning.<\/p>\n

Michael Edward Mogensen entered no plea when he appeared before Acting Magistrate Ross Woodford.<\/p>\n

Mogensen has been charged with six counts of stealing, two counts each of burglary, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, evading police and driving while disqualified; as well as single counts of serious assault on police, breaching bail, dangerous operation of a vehicle, driving a vehicle with the wrong plates, driving under the influence, failing to stop at a red light and failing to provide particulars after a crash.<\/p>\n

He also faces an unrelated charge of drug possession.<\/p>\n

The court was told Mogensen was currently on parole on other matters.<\/p>\n

Duty solicitor Andrew Kelly said Mogensen would not be applying for bail at this time.<\/p>\n

He sought a four to six-week adjournment so Mogensen could apply for Legal Aid.<\/p>\n
