Police are investigating the theft of Christmas decorations from Dalton Place on the Bunya Highway at Wooroolin.<\/p>\n

Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant David Tierney, said residents opposite the council park observed a man on Friday driving a Holden sedan get out of his vehicle and remove decorations from a public Christmas tree.<\/p>\n

The man placed the decorations in his vehicle before driving off.<\/p>\n

Investigations are continuing.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, Kingaroy police received a report that thieves had gained entry to an unsecured shed overnight in Graham Street.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They stole a small quantity of cash and keys from an unlocked vehicle.<\/p>\n

* * *<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At 9:30pm on December 4, police observed two men acting suspiciously in Memorial Park, Kingaroy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Police spoke with both and subsequently searched an 18-year-old Kingaroy man, allegedly locating clip seal bags, a pipe and false ID.<\/p>\n

He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on January 7 charged with possessing tainted property, drug utensils and property used in the commission of a drug offence.<\/p>\n

* * *<\/strong><\/h2>\n

On December 5, police executed a search warrant at\u00a010.30pm\u00a0at an address in Martin Place, Kingaroy.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Police allegedly found cannabis and drug utensils during the search.<\/p>\n

A 41-year-old Kingaroy woman will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on January 7 charged with permitting her residence to be used for possessing dangerous drugs.<\/p>\n

* * *<\/strong><\/h2>\n

On Sunday, Kingaroy police executed a search warrant at a Hodge Street residence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A 39-year-old Kingaroy man was allegedly found in unlawful possession of ammunition and cannabis seeds.<\/p>\n

He will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court charged with possessing ammunition and was dealt with by way of diversion for the drugs.<\/p>\n

* * *<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Kingaroy police responded to a variety of incidents between December 3-10 within the Kingaroy Police Division. These included drug, traffic and property-related offences.<\/p>\n

Police also attended seven calls related to domestic violence incidents, issued 14 infringement notices for life-endangering traffic offences and performed 266 roadside breath tests.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
