The Anglican Archbishop of Brisbane, the Most Reverend Dr Phillip Aspinall, will be making a pre-Christmas visit to Kingaroy in December.<\/p>\n

It will be his first visit to the parish in eight years.<\/p>\n

Archbishop Aspinall will conduct a Service of Holy Communion at St Michael and All Angels Church on Sunday, December 9, at 9:00am.<\/p>\n

The service will be followed by a “bring-and-share-brunch” of finger foods.<\/p>\n

Bishop for the Western Region, Bishop Cameron Venables, said the parish was delighted and honoured to have Archbishop Aspinall visit during the lead-up to Christmas celebrations.<\/p>\n

“The Archbishop tries to visit parishes in each of the three diocese’s regions regularly, and it will be a great encouragement to the Kingaroy parish to have him visit,\u201d Bishop Venables said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI encourage all Anglicans in the South Burnett to take this opportunity to share in worship and to meet the Archbishop over refreshments.\u201d<\/p>\n
