matches to an early close.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #006699;\"><strong>A Grade<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Southern District Devils played Gympie Harlequins at Lyle Vidler Oval in Kingaroy on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The local team won the toss and batted first.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of their 40 overs, Devils were 8\/214 with\u00a0Matthew Dugdell top scoring with 62 (including eight fours and three sixes &#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Luke Smith (43 not out) and\u00a0Hayden Wieck (run out 41) also added to Devils&#8217; score.<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Harlequins were bowled out in the 24th over for 77 runs.<\/p>\n<p>Tyler Heness (4\/15 off eight overs),\u00a0Luke Smith (3\/22 off eight) and\u00a0Jaden Heness (1\/3 in his sole over) did the damage.<\/p>\n<p>Devils won by 137 runs, posting their first win for the season in the Gympie competition.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_223829\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-223829\" *<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Murgon RSVP Droughtmasters Crusaders hosted Western Gympie at Murgon Showgrounds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wests won the toss and elected to bat but were all out for 95 in the 35th over.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley Sippel (4\/12 off eight overs) and Bryce Edwards (4\/18 off\u00a0 eight) were the best of the Murgon bowlers.<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Murgon made the target in just 14.3 overs for the loss of two wickets (2\/96).<\/p>\n<p>Ashley Sippel (48 not out) scored the bulk of the runs, with Zac Dann finishing 18 not out.<\/p>\n<p>Crusaders win by eight wickets.<\/p>\n<p>They are now eight points clear of the nearest competition on the Gympie ladder, leading with 26 points.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #006699;\"><strong>B and the Wondai Wolves to an early finish at Wondai on Saturday.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kingaroy won the toss and elected to bat.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of their 40 overs, they were 4\/260.<\/p>\n<p>Edwin Simpson (76), Justin Labinsky (67) and Luke Peters (52 not out) shared the batting honours.<\/p>\n<p>Jeremy Hobbs was the best of the Wondai bowlers, taking 2\/39 off eight overs.<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Wolves were 6\/182 off 36 overs when rain stopped play.<\/p>\n<p>Kiall Rowberry (61) top-scored for Wondai while Francis Hobbs and Chris Heness both added 37 to the score.<\/p>\n<p>Adrian Webster (3\/30 off eight overs) and Shawn Smith (2\/23 off five) were the best of the Kingaroy bowlers.<\/p>\n<p>Kingaroy was declared the winner by 18 runs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cherbourg took on Kallindale Warriors at the Kingaroy State High School Oval in another game affected by rain.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cherbourg won the toss and batted first.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of their 40 overs, Cherbourg were 9\/275.<\/p>\n<p>Opener Mick Rees was just three runs short of his ton when he was caught off a ball by Michael Stanford.<\/p>\n<p>Tom Langton (52) and\u00a0Barry Fisher Snr (32) also added to the score.<\/p>\n<p>Chanse Olm was the pick of the Warriors&#8217; bowlers, taking 3\/34 off eight overs, including one maiden.<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Warriors were 1\/126 when the game was called off in the 26th over.<\/p>\n<p>Opener Jeffrey Rose was 58 not out.<\/p>\n<p>Dallas Bond had taken the single wicket, 1\/11 off three overs.<\/p>\n<p>Cherbourg were declared the winners on the run rate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>* * *<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Rain also interrupted\u00a0the match between Blackbutt and Nanango played in Blackbutt.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nanango won the toss and elected to bat.<\/p>\n<p>The Scorpions were all out 151 off 32 overs with\u00a0Sam Scott (42) top-scoring.<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell Olzard (3\/24),\u00a0Zac Ennis (2\/28) and Jack Lewis (2\/4) took the wickets for Blackbutt.<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Blackbutt were all out for 157 off 23 overs.<\/p>\n<p>John Snow (50) and\u00a0Zac Ennis (51) were the best of the Blackbutt batsmen.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew Early (6\/29) was the best of the Nanango bowlers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Kumbia Rattlers were too good at home for Murgon District.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kumbia won the toss sent in Murgon to bat.<\/p>\n<p>Diggers were all out for 106 off 28.5 overs.<\/p>\n<p>Opener Renee Irvine, who was run out at 32, was the best of the Murgon batters.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Kelly (4\/23 off 6.5 overs) was the best of the Kumbia bowlers.<\/p>\n<p>In reply, Kumbia reached the target in 20.2 overs, finishing with
