October 12, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nine people were injured – three critically – in a head-on crash on the D’Aguilar Highway near Wamuran on Thursday night.<\/p>\n

Initial investigations indicate about 8:10pm, a vehicle heading east and a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction collided.<\/p>\n

Three children and six adults were transported to the Lady Cilento Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital and the Royal Brisbane and Women\u2019s Hospital.<\/p>\n

Three of the injured were in a critical condition.<\/p>\n

The highway was blocked in both directions while emergency services responded to the incident.<\/p>\n

The highway reopened about 11:00pm.<\/p>\n

Any members of the public who witnessed the incident or who have relevant dashcam footage have been requested to contact police.<\/p>\n

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.<\/p>\n

A person was taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after a single vehicle crash on the D’Aguilar Highway near Nanango on Thursday night.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The vehicle left the road and smashed into a tree.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred about 9:30pm.<\/p>\n
