October 2, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n Nanango police are seeking witnesses to the crash of a stolen rental car on Embrey Road, South Nanango, last Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n About 1:45am, police were called to the incident and arrived to find the vehicle had caught on fire.<\/p>\n However, the driver and any occupants had abandoned the vehicle before emergency services arrived.<\/p>\n Officer-in-charge of Nanango Police, Sergeant Brett Smith, said investigations revealed the vehicle – a silver Holden sedan (registration 280-WUA) –\u00a0 had been stolen from Brisbane Airport.<\/p>\n The 2016 Holden Commodore was\u00a0engulfed in fire and extensively damaged.<\/p>\n Police are seeking anyone who may have seen the Holden driving in and around the south Nanango area, especially along Embrey Road.<\/p>\n
