2018 Cadets Grand Final winners … Crusaders<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

September 11, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nanango Netball Club wrapped up its 2018 season with Grand Finals on Friday night in the Junior and Cadet grades.<\/p>\n

It’s been a big year for the association, who officially opened their colourful new courts in June as well as hosting a round of the Central Burnett Challenge competition.<\/p>\n

In the Junior grade, Super Shooters defeated Divas 23-21 in a very close game.<\/p>\n

At half-time only one goal separated the teams, Super Shooters 9 to Divas 8.<\/p>\n

Player of the Final was Ty Clark (Super Shooters).<\/p>\n

In Cadets, Crusaders proved too strong for Elite Chix, winning 23-15. At half-time, Chix were ahead 11-8.<\/p>\n

Player of the Final was Shevon Tewes-Smallwood.<\/p>\n

The club’s end-of-season presentations were made at the end of the Cadets game.<\/p>\n

A highlight was the presentation of Life Membership to club stalwart Lynn Smith.<\/p>\n
