Kingaroy detectives have charged a 20-year-old man after investigations into alleged drug trafficking in the South Burnett.<\/p>\n

Police will allege the man was supplying quantities of cannabis over a seven-month period.<\/p>\n

He is expected to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on September 3 charged with drug trafficking and possessing property offences.<\/p>\n

Southern Police Region Crime Co-ordinator, Detective Acting Superintendent Paul Hart, said the arrest followed increased policing activities across the South Burnett.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe community has really come on board with our policing initiatives aimed at reducing personal and property crime in the Burnett,\u201d Detective Acting Superintendent Hart said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe will continue to act on information provided by the community and actively target offenders who engage these sorts if activities in our region.\u201d<\/p>\n
