A Murgon woman suffered an arm injury after four intruders forced their way into her house in Perkins Street on Sunday evening.<\/p>\n

One of the males allegedly threatened the woman with a tomahawk before stealing a set of keys.<\/p>\n

Officer-in-charge of Murgon Police, Senior Sergeant Lance Guteridge,\u00a0 said that when the keys didn’t fit the women’s vehicle, the four fled the scene.<\/p>\n

The woman was taken by ambulance to Murgon Hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n

A Holden Commodore sedan, believed to have been stolen from the Fraser Coast area, was involved in a single-vehicle crash on the corner of Barambah Avenue and Broadway Street in Cherbourg in the early hours of Monday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

No one was injured in the crash which occurred about 4:00am.<\/p>\n

A Kia sedan, also believed to have been stolen from the Fraser Coast region, was also located in Cherbourg.<\/p>\n

Police are investigating the theft of a Nissan X-Trail SUV\u00a0 from Cadell Street in Wondai about 9:15pm on Tuesday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

* * *<\/p>\n

Police have charged a 15-year-old boy over the theft of a Toyota Aurion sedan, allegedly stolen from Wondai just after midnight on Tuesday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The vehicle was recovered in Cherbourg after police deployed tyre spikes to stop the vehicle.<\/p>\n

Murgon Police are seeking to interview another person in relation to the incident.<\/p>\n
