A fire management workshop will be held on May 22-23 in Kingaroy to help\u00a0property owners learn how to create a Fire Management Plan, and balance fire safety with conservation of native plants and animals.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0one-and-a-half day workshop has been organised by the South Burnett Regional Council, Queensland Fire and Emergency Services and the South East Queensland Fire and Biodiversity Consortium.<\/p>\n

Participants will receive free personalised maps of the area for which they want to develop a fire plan.<\/p>\n

For this reason, bookings are essential.<\/p>\n

The interactive workshop will be held at the Kingaroy Town Common Hall in Oliver Bond Street.<\/p>\n

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.<\/p>\n
