South Burnett Saints had Coolaroo on the hop at Lyle Vidler Oval on Saturday<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

April 27, 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n

South Burnett Saints launched their 2018 season in style with a strong win over Coolaroo in Kingaroy on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The home team was ahead at every change and eventually romped home 18.11-119 to 9.13-67.<\/p>\n

Saints’ goals were kicked by Joseph Amery (3), Ty Snow (3), Adam Bowater (3), Nathan Trace (3), Jordan Pressnell (2), Keegan Wright, Kyall Shepherd, Mitchell Francis and Troy Miller.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the earlier game on the day – between South Burnett Saints’ Women and Coolaroo Women – was called off when Coolaroo could not field a team.<\/p>\n

This weekend, the Saints Women will play the South Toowoomba Bombers at Heritage Oval in Toowoomba at 1:30pm.<\/p>\n

Saints Men will take on the Bombers at the same venue from 3:30pm.<\/p>\n
