The third in the series of “Unpacked” functions focussing on South Burnett tourism will be held on Thursday, April 19, in Kingaroy – and the public have been invited to come along!<\/p>\n

South Burnett Regional Council’s tourism body, Discover South Burnett, will host its third quarterly tourism industry networking function at the Kingaroy Town Hall to\u00a0officially launch the 2018 tourism season.<\/p>\n

A Council spokesperson said\u00a0“South Burnett Unpacked 3”\u00a0would be an opportunity for tourism operators to display their wares and promote their businesses.<\/p>\n

The event will run from 10:00am to 3:00pm.<\/p>\n

Cr Danita Potter will officially launch the 2018 tourism season at 11:00am.<\/p>\n

Organisers aim to encourage casual interaction between residents, visitors and operators throughout the course of the program.<\/p>\n

Some of the businesses from across the region taking up the opportunity to showcase their activity and products include:<\/p>\n

  • The Bunyas<\/li>\n
  • The Peanut Van<\/li>\n
  • Kingsley Grove<\/li>\n
  • South Burnett Kart Hire<\/li>\n
  • Jacaranda Tea Rooms<\/li>\n
  • Bunya Mountains Accommodation Centre<\/li>\n
  • Maidenwell Trading Post \/ The Sauce Man<\/li>\n
  • Queensland Dairy & Heritage Museum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
